These terms govern your use of the UAE Leads Finder Chrome extension ("the Extension") and this website, operated by Usama Jamil, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan ("we", "us").

1. The product

The Extension is a browser tool that reads publicly visible content on business directory pages you visit and helps you organize it into a Google Sheet you own, and generate outreach links. It does not access any site on your behalf without you opening that page yourself.

2. Plans

A Free plan and a paid Pro plan are offered as described on our pricing page. Pro is a one-time purchase of USD $29 (or the equivalent agreed in your local currency) that unlocks the Pro features for the lifetime of the product — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchases are arranged directly with us: contact us on WhatsApp (+92 304 0967120) or by email, pay by the agreed method, and your license key is delivered to you personally.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use scraped data, including compliance with any applicable data protection, marketing, and messaging laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the businesses you contact.
• You will not use the Extension to send unsolicited bulk messages through automated means; outreach links are click-to-send only.
• You will not attempt to circumvent license checks or resell license keys.

4. No warranty

The Extension depends on the structure of third-party websites, which may change without notice and temporarily break scraping. We aim to fix breakages promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension, including business decisions made using scraped data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
