Refund Policy

Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is a one-time $29 purchase. If it doesn't work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, provided the license has not been used to move an unreasonable volume of data (as a rough guide, more than a few thousand leads). Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

How refunds are processed

Since you pay us directly (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or the method agreed at purchase), approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with. Most refunds are sent within 1–3 business days; depending on your bank they may take a few more days to appear.

How to request a refund
